Shipping

• · Standard shipping to mainland Spain in 24–48 business hours.
• · Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3–5 business days.
• · Free shipping on orders over €60.
• · Orders placed before 14:00 are prepared the same day.
• · You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw, in line with the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

• · The product must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.
• · For hygiene reasons, opened containers cannot be returned.
• · Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is ours.
• · Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt.

Incidents

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 h of receipt with photos of the packaging and the product. We'll take care of it at no cost.
